The SMSU Fitness Center, which opened in January 2006, gives SMSU students and faculty the opportunity to exercise in a comfortable and relaxed environment. Students and faculty are able to exercise during their free time while watching one of the three TV's equipped with Broadcast Vision. The Fitness Center is located in the RA spine.
The facility is FREE to enrolled students with a student ID.
The Fitness Center includes:
- 3 Stairmaster Treadmills
- 3 Stairmaster Elliptical Machines
- 1 Precor Treadmill
- 1 Precor Elliptical Machine
- 1 Recumbent Bike
- 9 Multi-function Paramount Strength Machines
- Dumbbels
- Area for stretching and abdominal work
