P.E. Gym
The P.E. (Physical Education) Gym is home to the Southwest Minnesota State volleyball, wrestling, and wheelchair basketball teams.  In addition, the P.E. Gym housed the SMSU men's and women's basketball teams until the completion of the R/A Facility in the summer of 1996.  During the winter and early spring, SMSU's baseball and softball teams conduct practices in the P.E. Gym with batting cages that can be lowered.

SMSU volleyball has enjoyed great success at home, compiling a 218-130 record since 1978 in matches played in Marshall.  In 2006, SMSU was 11-2 at home, matching its best home record in the past 20 years after an 11-2 season in 2001.  Since Terry Culhane took over as the head volleyball coach in 2004, the Mustangs are 29-7 in the P.E. Gym.
