Southwest Minnesota State has an excellent training staff that includes four full-time athletic trainers and one graduate assistant athletic trainer. Located in the Bellows Academic building (which connects to the Physical Education building, where the locker rooms are located), the training room includes numerous rehabilitation devices, including four training tables, each equipped with an electrical stim/ultrasound machine. Also in the training room is a large taping table, two ice machines, two whirlpools, and many rehab devices such as rubberbands, weights, medicine balls, stationary bikes, and much more.
