MARSHALL, Minn. - Zack Vogelsberg, an assistant coach at Union College (Ky.) for the past three seasons, has been named an assistant coach for the Southwest Minnesota State University women’s basketball program, head coach Allison Kruger announced Wednesday.
During his three-year tenure at Union College, an NAIA Division II school located in Barbourville, Ky., Vogelsberg helped lead the team to 67 victories, two regular season conference titles, one conference tournament title and an appearance at the NAIA National Tournament. He coached eight all-conference players, including a three-time All-America and three-time conference player of the year.
