MARSHALL, MINN. -  Tickets for the ninth induction into the Southwest Minnesota State University Athletics Hall of Honor scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 24 are now on sale to the general public by calling the SMSU athletics office.

The luncheon ceremony will begin at 1 p.m. and will be held on the second floor of the SMSU Conference Center.  Tickets for the lunch and ceremony are $15 per person and must be reserved by Jan. 20.  To reserve a ticket for the banquet please call the SMSU athletics office at 507-537-7271.

This year's induction class includes former football player Bruce Saugstad; former baseball player Chris Pack; former volleyball player Paige Karno; former wrestler and baseball player Link Steffen; and community members and long-time supporters of SMSU athletics, Sheldon and Marge Haaland.

The SMSU Athletics Hall of Honor was established in 1992 and inducts new members every two years.
