SMSU Will Hold Celebration of Excellence Oct. 11

MARSHALL, Minn. - The Southwest Minnesota State Athletic Department announced today that its annual "Celebration of Excellence" event will be held on Oct. 11, 2009, beginning at 1:30 p.m. in the upper level of the Campus Center. The event will honor student-athletes from the 2008-09 academic year.
Tickets for this year's event are $10, and snacks will be provided. A social will kick off at 1:30; the ceremony will follow beginning at 2 p.m.
