David Drown (community member) has been a longtime supporter of SMSU athletics since 1970.

Drown has been a past president of the Mustang Booster Club and was a co-founder of the SMSU Golf Classic in the mid-1980s. He has also been a member of the SMSU Foundation Board of Directors.
