Mike Tobin (men's basketball/baseball, 1982-86) was a two-sport standout and ended his career as the school's all-time leading in points scored and games played.
Tobin scored 1,600 career points and was named second team All-NIC in 1984, 1985 and 1986. During his career, he broke 10 school career records. He is currently (as of 2010) the school record in field goals made with 658 and ranks third in rebounds with 717.
On the baseball diamond, Tobin set five career hitting and four career pitching records during his tenure. He was named first team All-NIC in 1984 and 1986 and was a NAIA All-America honorable mention in 1986.
Tobin was inducted into the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Hall of Fame in 2006.
