Congratulations to Rick Haberman, who provided the correct answer to last week’s Mustang Hoofprints Trivia Question: SMSU has had eight Head Softball Coaches in a 40 year history, what Head Coach has accumulated the most wins over their career at SMSU? From 1989-1997, Marilyn Strate compiled a 225-138 (.620) record at the helm of Mustang Softball. This year, current Head Coach Shawn Semler (2004 – Present) has an opportunity to pass Coach Strate as he is just 11 wins away from the top spot with a 215-144 (.598) overall record in his tenure with the Mustang Softball Program.
