Hello Mustang Fans!

The SMSU fall sports gave our Mustang Fans a lot to be proud of last weekend. Mustang Football, Women’s Golf, Women’s Soccer and Volleyball all put worth a great effort and had great success. SMSU was 5-0 last week with SMSU Women’s Golf finishing in 3rd Place in the fourteen team Mustang Invite hosted by SMSU at the Marshall Golf Club.

This week for the first time in the program’s history, the SMSU Women’s Soccer team was ranked #18 this week in the National Soccer Coaches Association of America/Continental Tire Division II Top 25 Poll. Congratulations to Head Coach, TJ Buchholz, his staff and our student-athletes for all the hard work and dedication it has taken to elevate Mustang Women’s Soccer to a national ranking.

Next week is Homecoming on the campus of SMSU featuring the theme, “Paint the Town Brown & Gold”. There are a great number of activities planned throughout the week. You can see the full schedule of events at SMSU.edu.
