ST. PAUL, Minn. - The Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference announced today that Southwest Minnesota State's
Ananda Ferrari has been named Player of the Week for women's tennis.
Ferrari, a junior from Campinas, Brazil, was perfect in both doubles and singles play for SMSU this past weekend as the Mustangs posted a 5-4 conference victory over Bemidji State on Saturday. Ferrari and teammate

The win was the second straight for SMSU. Ferrari is now 10-8 in singles action and 6-12 in doubles play this year.
SMSU will travel to Sartell, Minn., on Friday to play Minnesota, Crookston in a 4 p.m. conference match.
