MARSHALL, Minn. - The SMSU football team officially began fall camp on Thursday night with team conditioning drills at the Regional Event Center. 

Head coach Cory Sauter and his coaching staff welcomed more than 100 players into camp in preparation of the team's first game on Sept. 2 versus Northern State.

The team held its first practice with helmets on Friday morning.
