MARSHALL, Minn. – The Marshall Regional Track & Field Complex held its official grand opening today as the Marshall High School track squad hosted a five-team meet.
 
Members of the Southwest Minnesota State University and Marshall High School track & field teams were on hand to official open the facility.
 
Marshall Activities Director Bruce Remme, Marshall Public Schools Superintendent Scott Monson, SMSU President Dr. Connie J. Gores and SMSU Student Body President Rachael Posusta all spoke during the ceremony.
 
President Gores closed the ceremony presenting Scott Monson with a plaque to commemorate the partnership between SMSU and Marshall Public Schools.
