Southwest Minnesota State is proud to host an elementary cheerleading clinic for young cheerleaders in the Marshall and Southwest Minnesota area each year. Students in grades K-6 are invited to attend each annual camp session which culminates in a performance at halftime of an SMSU home football or basketball game.
Cost of the "Little Mustangs" Cheer Clinic includes the morning camp session, admission to the SMSU basketball doubleheader vs Concordia-St. Paul, game-day performance during halftime of the women's game (5 p.m. tip-off) and a camp t-shirt. Participants will get the opportunity to learn SMSU cheer, dances, and stunting.

Time: 8:30 - 11:30 a.m. (Youth Clinic), 5:00 p.m. (SMSU women's basketball vs CSP halftime performance)

Cost: $25 early registration (by Feb. 7), $30 same-day registration

Parking: Please park in the gravel lot on the north end of the SMSU campus (adjacent to SMSU baseball/ softball fields)

What to bring: Those in attendance should wear athletic apparel with athletic shoes and bring a water bottle to the clinic
