David & Carol Drown SMSU Golf Classic

For nearly 40 years, Mustang faithful have been supporting SMSU student-athletes through this annual golf tournament. The David & Carol Drown SMSU Golf Classic, hosted at the Marshall Golf Club, is a 5-golfer scramble format tournament and will be Friday, June 13, 2025, with a shotgun start at 12 p.m.. Developed by avid Mustang supporters David and Carol Drown, The Drown SMSU Golf Classic is a great way to support Mustang athletics while enjoying a day out on the course with fellow Mustang fans.
In addition to 18 holes, registrants receive a great Mustang gift, tee gifts, use of a golf car, complimentary range balls, hole prizes and are treated to a meal.
