The latest induction into the SMSU Athletics Hall of Honor was on Saturday, Jan. 24, 2026.

The Southwest Minnesota State University Athletics Hall of Honor, sponsored by US Bank, inducted its first class in the fall of 1992. The purpose of this event is to celebrate the achievements of student-athletes, coaches, teams and community members who have contributed in various ways to strengthening the athletic tradition at SMSU.

To be eligible for the SMSU Athletics Hall of Honor, former athletes must be out of school for at least ten years.

SMSU Athletics would like to thank US Bank of Marshall for its help in creating the SMSU Athletics Hall of Honor display located in the lobby of the R/A Facility.
