Graf, Hegerle Named to UCCS All-Tournament Team

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO.: Junior setter Sara Graf and senior outside hitter Laura Hegerle were both named to the Colorado-Colorado Springs Classic All-Tournament Team Saturday.

The two led No. 16 Southwest Minnesota State to a 4-0 record at the tournament. The Mustangs grabbed wins over Mesa State (Colo.), Colorado-Colorado Springs, No. 8 Minnesota Duluth and Adams State (Colo.).

Each participating coach voted on the two best players from each team except their own. Those votes were tallied to select the all-tournament team.

Graf tallied 157 assists on the weekend for a 10.47 assists per set average, while Hegerle had 45 kills for a 3.0 kills per set average.

The Mustangs return to action on Friday when they travel to St. Paul, Minn., for the Concordia-St. Paul Classic.
