MATCH NOTES

Setting the scene: Southwest Minnesota State University (14-2, 6-1 NSIC) will continue Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference play on Friday, Oct. 8 against Augustana (9-7, 5-2 NSIC) at 7 p.m. at the PE Gym. The Mustangs will then welcome the No. 1 team in the land Wayne State (16-0, 7-0 NSIC) for an much anticipated re-match on Saturday afternoon. First serve is set for 3:05 p.m. SMSU?will look to avenge its 1-3 loss in the Colorado Premier Challenge Championship game.     

Weekend games on television: Both games this weekend will be televised live by Midcontinent Communications from Sioux Falls, S.D.  Midcontinent is available on cable systems throughout the states of Minnesota, South Dakota and North Dakota.
