GAME NOTES

Setting the Scene: Southwest Minnesota State University (4-5, 3-5 NSIC) travels to Mankato, Minn., for its final road game of the season this Saturday, Nov. 6, taking on Minnesota State University, Mankato (5-4, 3-4 NSIC) at Blakeslee Stadium with kickoff set for 1 p.m.  SMSU will be looking for its first-ever victory against MSU in nine games and will also be looking to return to the .500 mark overall on the season.  The Mustangs need victories in their final two games to record just the ninth winning season in school history.
