Sonya Smith made 13 saves to help SMSU earn a 0-0 tie versus Minnesota, Crookston on Saturday in Crookston, Minn.
SMSU (5-6-1 overall, 4-3-1 NSIC) finished the game with nine shots, including four on goal. The shutout for Smith is her fourth this season and is now one shy of tying the school single-season record.
