MARSHALL, Minn. - Tickets ARE NOW AVAILABLE for the 13th annual Mustang Gold Rush Raffle, sponsored by the SMSU Mustang Booster Club, scheduled for Friday, Jan. 29, 2016, at the SMSU Conference Center.
 
All proceeds from the exciting event go towards student-athlete scholarships at SMSU. Individuals also have a chance to win up to $5,000 along with other great prizes, all while supporting SMSU student-athletes!
 
Make sure and purchase your tickets as soon as possible before all 600 are sold! To purchase or sell tickets, contact the SMSU athletics office at 507-537-7271 or contact a Mustang Booster Club member. The event starts with the social hour at 6 p.m., followed by the program and raffle at 7 p.m.

 
The Mustang Gold Rush Raffle is a unique and fun event to help support a great cause. A ticket costs just $75 and includes a chance to win the grand prize of $5,000. The price of a ticket also includes free beverages and appetizers during the social hour from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
 
The reverse raffle will then begin at 7 p.m., and that's when the fun begins. Once the raffle starts, all the tickets that have been sold will be displayed on the board and will be called out with the lucky individuals winning great prizes. The first and 100th number drawn each win $100, while the 300th number drawn wins $500. Other great prizes will also be given away for every 20th number drawn throughout the night.
 
The raffle gets real interesting when five lucky individuals are left. These individuals, who are in attendance or have selected to split on their ticket, can walk away with $1,000 each or hold out for the grand prize of $5,000!
 
There are other great events going on throughout the evening for everyone's entertainment as well as a great silent and live auction along with a chance to win the mystery prize.
 
Help support Mustang student-athletes by purchasing a ticket from anywhere in the world! Your presence is requested but not required at the event.
 
Individuals DO NOT need to present to win prizes, including the grand prize.
