MARSHALL, Minn. – The No. 2-ranked Southwest Minnesota State women's volleyball team (16-3, 10-1 NSIC) continues Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference road action tonight facing the University of Sioux Falls (12-7, 6-5 NSIC) starting at 7 p.m. at the Stewart Center in Sioux Falls, S.D. SMSU is currently on a 10-match winning streak following a loss to begin NSIC play to Augustana on Sept. 15.

Sioux Falls finished 1-1 last weekend in a pair of road matches. USF defeated Minnesota State, 3-1, before losing 3-0 to-then No. 2 Concordia-St. Paul. The Cougars are led by Makenna Rockeman, who has a team-high 276 kills, averaging 4.06 per set and is hitting .207. Lexi Scott ranks second on the squad with 176 kills and is hitting .353. Sydney Schaap has dished out a team-high 611 assists. USF?is hitting .234 as a team, while opponents are hitting .179.
SERIES?HISTORY
Southwest Minnesota State leads the all-time series 10-1 and is 8-1 since USF joined the NSIC in 2012. USF's only victory in the series came in 2013 in Marshall. SMSU defeated USF earlier this season, 3-0, on Sept. 20 in Marshall.

Taylor Reiss is second in the country in kills per set (5.03), seventh in total kills (342) and ninth in attacks per set (12.37).
