BURNSVILLE, Minn. – Southwest Minnesota State University senior Sally Gallagher has been named to the 2023 women's golf All-Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference second team as selected by the conference coaches announced on Monday.
 
Gallagher, a native of Moville, Iowa, earns All-NSIC second team honors for the second straight season. She is one of 12 golfers named either first or second team All-NSIC.
 
Gallagher led SMSU this season with an 82.2 stroke average in 23 rounds. In 11 events this season, she placed in the Top 20 five times, finished Top 10 three times and had one Top 5 finish. She ended the season with six rounds of sub-80, including twice recording a season-low 3-under-par 75.
 
Gallagher, a 2019 graduate of Woodbury Central High School, closed her career ranking eighth in team history with an 83.5 average in 67 career rounds.
