MARSHALL, Minn. – The Southwest Minnesota State wrestling team concludes the 2025-26 NSIC season this week, facing Minnesota State in Mankato, Minn., on Thursday, Feb. 12, at 7 p.m.

Chayse Jackson is sending 13 athletes to weigh in for Thursday's dual.
SMSU is coming off a 47-0 loss last Friday against No. 11 ranked Augustana.
Minnesota State holds a 14-4 dual record this season with a 7-2 NSIC record. The Mavericks hold dual wins against the likes of No. 6 Wisconsin-Parkside, No. 14 Central Missouri, No. 4 Grand Valley State, and No. 12 UMary. MSU has three wrestlers ranked in the top 15 of their respective weight classes and are currently receiving votes in the most recent NWCA DII Coaches Rankings (Jan. 22).
The dual against Minnesota State will be streaming live on the NSIC Network. Following Thursday's dual, SMSU will host the NCAA Super Region Tournament in the R/A Facility on Feb. 28, beginning at 10 a.m.
