CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – The Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) announced on Monday Southwest Minnesota State University sophomore Allie Nedved and freshman Carly Hamman have been selected to the 2025-26 Division II WGCA All-America Scholar Team.
 
A total of 1,551 women golfers in Division I, II, and III earned the honor. The criteria for selection to the All-Scholar Team include a minimum 3.50 cumulative grade point average following the 2026 spring semester and have played in 50 percent of the college's regularly scheduled competitive rounds during the year through the team's conference championship.
 
Nedved, a native of Des Moines, Iowa, finished her second season at SMSU playing in 10 events and 21 total rounds, while finishing the season with an 88.5 stroke average. A CSC Academic All-District honoree this spring, she carded a season low 13-over 83 in the second round of the SMSU Challenge and in the first round of the SMSU Classic in March.
 
Hamman, from Maple Grove, Minn., played in 21 rounds and closed with an 87-stroke average ranking fourth on the team. She shot a season-low round of 7-over 79 in the first round of the Central Region Preview in September.  
                                                                                                  
The Women's Golf Coaches Association, founded in 1983, is a non-profit organization representing women's collegiate golf coaches. The WGCA was formed to encourage the playing of college golf for women in correlation with a general objective of education and in accordance with the highest tradition of intercollegiate competition. Today, the WGCA represents over 750 coaches throughout the U.S. and is dedicated to educating, promoting and recognizing both its members and the student-athletes they represent.
