2022: Indoor- All-NSIC … competed in five meets … earned a second place finish in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.06 in the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championships ... ran 8.21 in the 60 meter hurdles to finish third at the NSIC & Friends Challenge.

2021: Indoor - Competed in four meets ... finished fourth in the 60 hurdles at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships with a 8.40 time which was also a PR ... placed first in the 60 hurdles at the CSB/SJU Tri Meet and also at the Cobber COVID Indoor Duals with a 8.62 and 8.59 time ... finished ninth in the 60 hurdles at the SDSU Last Chance with a 8.56 time.

Outdoor - Competed in eight meets ... placed second in the 110 hurdles at the NSU Spring Open with a 14.99w time and also 15th in the 400 hurdles with a 1:01.93 time which was a PR ... finished third in the 110 hurdles at the Wayne State - Wildcat Classic with a 16.16 time ... placed third in the 110 hurdles at the NSIC & Friends Outdoor Challenge with a 14.58 time which was a PR ... finished fourth at the NSIC Championships in the 110 hurdles at 14.90.

2020: Indoor - Competed in eight meets ... placed 10th in the 60m hurdles at the NSIC Championships with a time of 8.7 ... season best 8.67 at the Ted Nelson Classic to place 14th. 

High School: 2019 graduate of Dunbar HS ... set school record in the 60m hurdles at 8.54 ... district champion in the 300 hurdles ... personal best 14.91 in the 110 hurdles ... personal best 41.17 in the 300 hurdles.
