2022: Indoor- Competed in six meets … season best in shot put with a throw of 14.58m in the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championships season best in the weight throw with a throw of 12.00m at the NSIC & friends Indoor Challenge.
High School: 2021 graduate of Bowman County HS … competed for coach John Rasmussen … two-time state qualifier in shot put and discus … placed fourth in state in shot put … personal best 52’ in shot put … personal best 147’ 5” in discus … qualified for the Junior Olympic Championships in shot put … also played football.
Personal: Born Nov. 10, 2002 ... son of John and Nicole Rasmussen ... agronomy major.
