2007: Named Academic All-NSIC ... selected honorable mention All-NSIC team ... started all 11 games at quarterback ... completed 250 of 444 passes for 2942 yards, 18 touchdowns and had 14 interceptions ... finished the season with a 119.04 passing efficiency and 56.3 completion percentage ... rushed for two touchdowns ...threw for a career-high four touchdowns vs. Upper Iowa and Winona State ... had career-high 62 pass attempts and career-high 37 completions vs. Winona State ... had career-high 380 passing yards vs. MSU Moorhead ... finished the season with five straight games with 300+ passing yards becoming the first SMSU quarterback to do so since 1992 ... finished fourth in the NSIC in passing yards per game.

2005: Played nine games as a true freshman, coming off the bench in all nine games ... finished the season completing 53 of 109 passes for 741 yards and seven touchdowns ... also rushed for one touchdown ... completed season-high 17 passes on 33 attempts with two touchdowns for 197 yards in near upset victory of league co-champion Concordia ... named team offensive player of the week for the Concordia game ... tossed first career touchdown versus Bemidji State ... threw two touchdowns versus MSU Moorhead and Minnesota, Crookston ... finished season with 115.91 passing efficiency rate.
