2022: Competed in five races ... placed 313^th in the 4-mile run at the Augustana Twilight meet with a time of 26:49.4 ... Ran a time of 36:30.0 in the 8k at the Wildcat Classic to finish 36^th ... finished 163^rd in the 8K at the Dordt College Invite with a time of 34:23.2 ... finished 38^th in the Bob Waxlax Invitational 8K with a time of 33:27.8 ... completed the 8k at the 2022 NSIC championship in a time of 34:17.5 to place 126^th.

2021: Competed in four races … finished 16^th at the 8K 2021 DSU Herb Blakely Invitational with a time of 36:17.0 … ran a 34:22.0 to place 41^st at the 8K Wildcat Classic 2021 … placed 41^st at the 8K Bob Waxlax Invitational with a time of 34:00.1 … finished 124^th at the 8K NSIC Championships with a time of 33.33.8.

2020: Season canceled.

2019: Competed in all five races ... finished 251st at the 4-mile Augustana Twilight with a time of 23:10 ... ran 30:50 to place 46th at the 8K Dakota State Invite ... placed 36th at the 8K Wayne State Invite with a time of 29:54 ... ran 29:00 at the 8K NIACC Invite to finish 70th ... finished 90th at the 8K NSIC Championships with a time of 30:00.
