2011: Named team defenisve MVP ... named honorable mention All-NSIC South ... moved to linebacker during spring drills ... started in all 11 games ... tied for the team lead with a total of 95 tackles ... recorded 1.5 tackles for loss ... named team defensive player of the week vs. MSU Moorhead.

2010:  Played in all 11 games ... finished with 16 total rushes accumulating 36 total yards with one touchdown ... finished with five receptions for 38 yards ...  also had seven kick returns for a total of 84 yards ... season high kick return yardage at St. Cloud State with 20 yards ... had two solo tackles ... assisted on another two tackles.

2009: Sat out season with an injury ... received medical redshirt.

Before SMSU: Played one season at Rochester Community College for coach Brad LaPlante ... named all-conference at Rochester in 2007 ... also spend one season at Upper Iowa University in 2006 playing in six games. 

High School: 2006 graduate of Pine Island High School ... played for coach Shane Strong ... four-year letterwinner and two-time all-conference honoree.

Personal: Born Feb. 3, 1988 ... son of Bruce and Brenda Bridall ... exercise science major.
