2010 (Junior): Appeared in 37 games, starting 20 of them... batted .153 with 11 hits, including two doubles... recorded seven RBIs and 10 runs...stole three bases... had a five RBI game against Urbana on March 11.

2009 (Sophomore):  Started all 55 games at shortstop ... batted .264 with 12 doubles ... slammed three home runs ... tallied 21 RBIs and 46 runs ... had five multiple RBI games ... stole six bases ... compiled nine multi-hit games ... had two three-RBI performances--one against Valley City State (N.D.) on March 1 and one against Minnesota State Moorhead on April 19 .. had three hits on four different occasions.

2008 (Freshman): Started 33 games in left field and center field ... batted .242 with five doubles in 95 at bats ... scored 11 runs and had six runs batted in ... had five multi-hit games ... finished the season on six-game hitting streak (eight hits in 18 at bats, .444) ... SMSU was 17-4 when Braden started in left field ... hit two-run single in the second inning of  a 10-1 win over Shippensburg (Pa.) on March 12 ... put SMSU ahead 1-0 in a 2-1 win over Bemidji State on May 3 with an RBI single in the second inning.

Millard South High School:  2007 graduate of Millard South High School ... played for coach Steve Kerkman ... four-year letterwinner ... named freshman all-state in 2003 ... member of three state tournament teams and one state championship team ... member of Omaha Finesse 18U Gold ... Omaha Finesse placed 17th at 2006 ASA 18U Gold nationals ... two-year letterwinner in track ... two-year academic letterwinner.
