2016: Indoor - Competed in seven meets ... finished fourth in the 1,000m at the MSU Alumni Open with a personal best time of 3:22.56 ... placed fifth in the 3,000m at the SDSU Tune Up with a time of 11:18.18.

Outdoor - Competed in six meets ... placed 15th at the NSIC Championships in the 3,000 steeplechase with a time of 12:20.91 ... member of 4x400 relay team that finished second at the USF Invite with a time of 4:26.91.

2015: Indoor - Competed in five meets ... finished third at the NSU-SMSU Duel in the mile with a 5:45.07 time ... recorded a personal best in the 1000-meter with a time of 3:23.31 at the Buena Vista University Invitational.

Outdoor - Competed in six meets ... finished second in the 3000 steeple at the Drake Alternative with a 12:00.98 time ... recorded a personal best in the 1500-meter at the Sioux City Relays with a 5:11.01 time.

High School: 2014 graduate of Litchfield HS … five-year letterwinner in track & field … member of the school record setting 4x800 meter relay team that posted a time of 9:52 … placed sixth in the 4x800 relay at the Minnesota State High School League state tournament … personal-best 2:24 in the 800 meter, 5:30 in the 1600 meter, and 11:56 in the 3200 meter… five-year letterwinner in cross country … personal best 14:46 in 4000m … section 6A individual champion in cross country in 2012 … four-time state qualifier … two-time all-conference … two-time all-state selection … two-time team captain.
