Outdoor - Competed in seven meets ... finished eighth in the javelin throw at the 2018 MIAA v NSIC Showdown ... finished tenth in the javelin throw at the MSU Spring Winter Invitational ... finished fifth in the javelin throw at the Red Raider Open 2018 ... finished third in the javelin throw at the 2018 Kip Janvrin Open ... finished eighteenth in the javelin throw at the NSIC Outdoor Championships.

2017: Indoor - Competed in six meets ... won the high jump, triple jump and long jump at the 2017 Stinger Open ... finished third in the long jump at the SDSU Holiday Open and Multi ... finished third in the long jump at the Minnesota State Open and Multi ... finished sixth in the high jump at the NSIC Indoor Championships with a mark of 1.60m.

Outdoor - Did not compete.

2016: Indoor - Competed in eight meets ... won the high jump at the SDSU II Invite with a mark of 1.60m ... finished fifth in the long jump at 5.5m at the NSIC Championships ... also placed eighth at the NSIC Championships in the high jump with a mark of 1.63m.

Outdoor - Competed in six meets ... won the high jump at 1.60m at the Hoist Invite ... finished second in the triple jump at the Drake Alternative with a mark of 11.06m ... placed fourth in the triple jump at the NSIC Championships with a jump of 11.41m.

2015: Indoor - Competed in seven meets ... personal best 11.34m in the triple jump at the NSU-SMSU Duel to finish first ... finished third at the MSU Multi-Open in the high jump with a 1.61m mark ... scored a 2973 for third place at in the pentathlon at MSU Multi-Open. 

Outdoor - Competed in six meets ... placed second in shot put at the Red Raider Open with a personal-best mark of 10.13m ... placed third in the 200-meters with a personal best 28.42 ... placed third in the javelin throw at the Northern Sun Conference Meet with a 33.12m throw.

2014: Indoor - Competed in seven meets ... personal best 5.19m in long jump at Dordt Open to finish third ... finished first at Beaver Twilight in long jump with mark of 5.11m ... also first at Beaver Twilight in triple jump with a mark of 11.11m.

Outdoor - Competed in five meets ... placed sixth at NSIC championships in triple jump with personal best 11.14m ... finished fourth at NSIC multi in high jump with mark of 1.55m ... placed second in shot put at Northwestern Open with toss of 9.69m.
