At SMSU: Enters senior season ranked third in career saves in NCAA Division II history with 13 ... all-time record is 20 by Jenny Hess of Alabama-Huntsville (2004-07) ... ranks first in SMSU history in lowest opponents’ batting average, fewest walks per seven innings, strikeouts per seven innings, wins, saves, appearances, games started, complete games, games finished, shutouts, innings pitched and strikeouts ... ranks third in career earned run average (ERA).

2008: Earned numerous honors in one of the best seasons an SMSU pitcher has ever had ... named Daktronics North Central Region Pitcher of the Year ... earned first team All-North Central Region honors from Daktronics and Louisville Slugger/NFCA ... named both NSIC Pitcher of the Year and first team All-NSIC for the third consecutive season ... led SMSU in virtually every pitching category, going 28-6 with five saves and a 1.30 ERA in 43 appearances with 27 starts ... had 278 strikeouts in 242.0 innings, allowing just 25 bases on balls and 185 hits ... completed 25 games and had nine shutouts and combined on another shutout ... opponents batted just .205 against Johnson ... SMSU was 21-6 in games Johnson started ... allowed just a .196 opponents’ batting average with runners on base ... her ERA was the second-lowest in school history and opponents’ batting average was the third-lowest ... set school records for fewest walks per seven innings (0.72), wins (28), appearances (43), games finished (16), innings (242.0) ... tied the school record for saves in a season (5) ... had second-most strikeouts (278) and complete games (25) in a season in school history ... ranked seventh nationally in saves, eighth in fewest walks per seven innings, 13th in wins, 30th in strikeouts per seven innings and 30th in ERA ... led the NSIC in conference games  in strikeouts (112), wins (12), saves (3) and appearances (17) ... was second in innings (87.0), fourth in the NSIC in ERA (1.21) and fifth in opponents’ batting average (.202) ... set SMSU single game record for strikeouts with 17 in a 4-1 win over Central Missouri on March 10 ... the 17-strikeout performance was the third-most strikeouts ever in an NCAA II seven-inning game (the record is 20 by Dori Stankewitz of Florida Southern in 1987; Stankewitz also struck out 18 in a game in 1985) ... had nine outings with 10+ strikeouts ... struck out the side in the bottom of the eighth of a 4-3 win against South Dakota on March 29 ... won three games on March 29, including a complete game in the final game against Pittsburg State ... tied school record for innings pitched in one game, throwing 11 innings, while striking out 11 in a 4-3 win over Missouri Western on March 30 ... threw a four-hit shutout against Northern State on April 5 ... did not allow a hit and walked one in four innings of relief, while striking out 11 in 9-4 win over Minnesota, Crookston on April 5 ... won her third game of the day on April 5 with 11 strikeouts in eight innings of a 4-3 win against MSU Moorhead ... tossed five-hit shutout in 1-0 win against St. Cloud State on April 9 ... struck out seven in two-hit shutout over Winona State on April 17 ... struck out 12 in three-hit shutout over Upper Iowa on April 22 ... earned the win in relief of the second game on April 22 against Upper Iowa to clinch the NSIC regular season championship ... struck out 10 in 5-0 shutout against Augustana on April 29 ... powered SMSU to 5-0 win in second round of NSIC Tournament over Concordia with an 11 strikeout performance, while earning a complete game shutout ... won 17 consecutive decisions from March 20 through April 19 ... also batted .233 (7-for-30) for the season with one run and one RBI.

2007:  Earned second team 2007 Louisville Slugger/NFCA All-Region honors ... named to the North Central Regional All-Tournament team  after finishing the regional tournament with a 2.71 ERA while striking out 26 batters ... named first team Daktronics All-North Central Region ... earned NSIC Pitcher of the Year accolades ... was named First Team All-NSIC and named to the NSIC All-Tournament team ... was named NSIC Player of the Week three times during the season ... broke SMSU’s career strikeout record now tallying 575 ... the previous record was 403 held by Jill Clark (2000-03) ... holds record for single season wins with 27 and career wins with 50 ... broke single season record for innings pitched having 233.0 innings which broke her previous record of 218.2 innings in a season ... ranks third in career ERA with 1.46 ... was ranked 16 in the NCAA national rankings for strikeouts per seven innings, victories and saves ... had eight double-digit strikeout performances ... led the NSIC with a 1.43 ERA and 93 strikeouts in conference games ... also batted .247 with eight RBI and four doubles on the season ... struck out 12 in two-hit shutout of Findlay (Ohio) on March 10 ... threw a one-hitter in an eight inning shutout with nine strikeouts on March 12 against Wisconsin-Parkside ... struck out 13 in two-hit shutout of East Stroudsburg (Pa.) on March 14 ... struck out 14 in three-hit shutout against Mary on April 9 ... won the game on the mound and at the plate on May against Concordia-St. Paul at NSIC Tournament, striking out 10 in seven innings, allowing just one earned run (five total), and hitting a walk-off, two-run single in the bottom of the seventh in a 6-5 victory ... hit a walk-off single to score Erin Dickhausen in the bottom of the seventh to beat Winona State in the NSIC Championship game, while earning the victory on the mound ... pitched 11 innings and allowed just one run in a 2-1 win against Emporia State (Kan.) at the NCAA Regional Tournament on May 11.

2006: Put together perhaps the most dominant season on the mound in SMSU history as a true freshman ... named second team All-North Central Region by NFCA, the highest Division II honor for any SMSU pitcher in school history ... named NSIC Pitcher of the Year, NSIC Newcomer of the Year, and first team All-NSIC ... named to NSIC All-Tournament team after pitching 29.1 innings and allowing just two earned runs with 40 strikeouts ... shattered the single-season SMSU strikeout record by mid-season, racking up 298 strikeouts for the season, with the old record being 140 ... also broke single-season records for wins (23), innings pitched (218.2), appearances (42), strikeouts per seven innings (9.5), and saves (5) ... posted a 1.50 ERA and had 21 complete games ... had 12 double-digit strikeout performances ... finished fifth in the NSIC with a 1.40 ERA in conference play ... had five shutouts on the year, her first coming in an 11-strikeout performance against New Haven (Conn.) on March 12 ... tied the SMSU record for strikeouts in a game with 12 in seven innings on March 13 against Adelphi (N.Y.) and then broke the record on March 15 against Minnesota-Duluth with 16 strikeouts ... 16 strikeout performance was the most of any NCAA Division II pitcher in a seven-inning game since 1998 and tied for the third-most in NCAA history ... had a four-hit shutout with 15 strikeouts against MSU, Mankato on April 11 ... tossed a one-hit shutout against Wayne State on April 18 with 10 strikeouts ... also threw shutouts against Augustana and South Dakota ... threw career-high nine innings, allowing one unearned run in a 1-0 loss in the NSIC Championship game against Concordia-St. Paul on May 6.

Papillion-LaVista High School:  2005 graduate of Papillion-LaVista HS ...  four-year letterwinner in softball ... named First Team All-Metro Conference as a senior and honorable mention as a sophomore and junior, named Omaha World Herald All-State Class A honorable mention, World Herald All-Nebraska second team, Class A and All-Metro first team, and was named to the Class A All-State team  ... in her senior season at Papillion-LaVista High School she finished with a 20-3 record, 0.67 earned run average and 204 strikeouts ... she also contributed on offense as she hit .269 with five doubles, two triples and 18 runs batted in ... played for Mike Govig.
