Outdoor- Competed in seven meets ... placed third in the hammer throw at the NSU Twilight meet with a toss of 43.88m ... placed fourth in the hammer throw at the Hoist Invitational ... placed sith in the discus at the Minnesota State Twilight with a toss of 34.80m.

2016: Academic All-NSIC.  Indoor - Competed in eight meets ... finished 15th in the weight throw at the NSIC Championships with a personal best toss of 14.40m ... placed 10th at the SDSU II Invite with a weight throw toss of 12.76m.

Outdoor - Competed in seven meets ... personal best 38.74m in the hammer throw to finish 10th at the USF Invite.

2015: Indoor - Competed in six meets ... recorded a personal best in the weight throw with a distance of 12.82m at the MSU Alumni Open.

Outdoor - Competed in five meets ... recorded a personal best in the discus at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays with a distance of 33.63m ... threw a personal best in the hammer at the Sioux City Relays with a 37.03m mark.

2014: Sat out season as a redshirt.
