Blue Jacket Fund Video

The symbolic blue corduroy jacket is far more than Official Dress, it is an icon of an American tradition–instilling pride and responsibility in those who wear it. We are looking to help FFA Students who are involved in extracurricular activities and/or who display leadership skills. We are also looking to help FFA students that may need assistance in purchasing a blue jacket. We are partnering with individuals and businesses to serve as many students as possible by providing FFA jackets members.

Join the Blue Jacket Fund
By donating to the Blue Jacket Fund, you will give a member the chance to experience the pride of wearing their own blue jacket. Having an FFA jacket opens doors for students by allowing them to participate in competitions, conferences and events. Through these programs our members learn life skills that will serve them for years to come. Please join us in providing FFA jackets for students in your local area. Each jacket costs $100 to purchase and ship to a student. To donate to the Blue Jacket Fund, click HERE.

Apply to Receive a Jacket
The Blue Jacket Fund is committed to serving as many students as possible by providing FFA jackets. With the generous support of individuals and businesses, they will be providing as many jackets as possible each year.

All FFA chapters that participated in the previous Ag Bowl Scholarship Invitational are eligible to apply for an FFA jacket through the Blue Jacket Fund program. Applications must be submitted by May 1, 2020. Incomplete applications will not be considered. The application can be found HERE.

Jacket winners will be notified by June 1, 2020. Winners will be recognized at Ag Bowl 2020 and will be asked to send thank you notes to the donors that made their jacket possible. Please contact Jennifer Graven (Jennifer.Graven@smsu.edu) with questions.
