2026 SMSU Football Gameday Guide

Accessibility

The Schwan Regional Event Center has accessibility ramps on the east (away side) and west (home side) to access the seating areas. On the west side, there are various indented areas designated for individual's with a disability. Additionally, there is an elevator on the west side to access the Suite Level of the facility. A full map of the Schwan Regional Event Center with labeled seating areas can be found at the bottom of this page. From a parking standpoint, there are accessibility parking spots available in the gravel parking lot across from the football field. 

Alcohol Sales

Beginning for the 2026-27 year alcohol will be available venue wide at the Schwan Regional Event Center! Beers, seltzers, and other alcoholic beverages will be sold at both concession stands located on the concourse. In order to purchase alcohol, individuals must present a valid ID at the concession stand and be prepared to show that ID in other areas of the venue. 

Concessions

There are two concession stands located on the concourse of the Schwan Regional Event Center. For information on pricing and options, please contact dining services provider, Sodexo, at charlie.rattleriii@sodexo.com. A reminder that ticketing at all SMSU Athletics events is cashless, including concessions this year. 

Gameday Roundup

At each home football game, SMSU hosts Gameday Roundup in the RA parking lot that is located across the road from the football field. Gameday Roundup creates an electric gameday atmosphere through tailgating, activities, music, food, inflatables, and so much more! Parking

Similar to all other aspect of attending SMSU events, parking is cashless and completely digital. This year, we are offering a season long parking pass, as well as single game parking passes.

Programs

To access gameday programs, please visit 2025-26 SMSU Digital Game Day Programs - SMSU Athletics. Additionally, roster sheets will be available at the entrance of the Schwan Regional Event Center for fans to grab at all home SMSU football games. 

Schedule

Times are consistent for each home football game. If there is anything that would offset this schedule, we will communicate via social media.

• 4 hours prior to kickoff
  • RA parking lot opens for reserved tailgaters
  • General Parking opens 
• 2 hours prior to kickoff
  • Gameday Roundup begins
• 90 minutes prior to kickoff
  • All gates to the stadium open

Ticketing

Through the platform of GoFan, ticketing at SMSU is once again cashless and digital at all home athletics events. Once you purchase your tickets, an email or text message will be sent allowing you to retrieve your tickets.
