High School: 2009 graduate of Dallas Center-Grimes High School for coach Scott Heitland ... three-year letterwinner ... two-time first team all-district ... second team all-state ... first team all-county ... helped an offense rush for 235 yards per game ... on defense finished with 30 tackles and two sacks ... also in soccer and basketball.
