2018: Did not play because of injury.

2017: Academic All-NSIC ... team defensive captain ... played in just one game before suffering season-ending injury ... had two tackles vs. St. Cloud State.

2016: Academic All-NSIC ... started all 11 games ... finished with 29 tackles ... ranked second on the team with 7.5 tackles for loss ... scored touchdown on a 50-yard fumble return at Northern State ... season-high five tackles vs. Wayne State and vs. Concordia-St. Paul.

2015: Played in all 11 games with seven starts ... finished with 17 tackles, including 2.5 for loss ... had one sack at Concordia-St. Paul ... had three tackles in five games.

2014: Sat out as a redshirt ... named scout team defensive player of the year ... named scout team defensive player of the week vs. Northern State and Concordia.

High School: 2014 graduate of Spencer HS ... played for coach Jim Tighe … three-time letter winner … first team all-state at offensive line … two-time all-conference honoree at defensive line … recorded six sacks as a senior despite missing three games … state qualifier in track & field in the discus.

Personal: Born June 7, 1996 ... son of Todd and Connie Steward ... environmental science major.
