Jacob Hand is in his first year as graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach for the SMSU football program in 2019.
Hand came to SMSU after serving as a strength and conditioning coach intern for the University of Louisville football program in 2018.
He has also worked with Xperience Fitness as a personal trainer in Green Bay, Wis., and served as a sports performance intern at the University of Wisconsin Health.
A 2017 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a degree in kinesiology, Hand is an NSCA CSCS – Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Hand is pursuing his master's degree at SMSU.
