2019: Played in eight games ... finished with 15 tackles ... season-high five tackles vs. Winona State.

2018: Played in all 11 games with one start ... had 23 tackles with one half tackle for loss ... season-high five tackles vs. Wayne State ... also had three pass break-ups. 

2017: Sat out season as a redshirt ... named scout team defensive player of the week vs. St. Cloud State.

Before SMSU: Played at College of the Siskiyous in Weed, Calif. … played two seasons for coach Charlie Roche … finished with 16 tackles and one interception in 2016 … scholar athlete.

High School: 2013 graduate of Washington HS … played for coach Von Ruden … four-year letter winner … team captain … also played basketball.

Personal: Born April 5, 1995 ... son of Adrian and Darryl Hunter ... communications major.
