2018: Competed in three races ... earned All-NSIC honors with sixth place finish at the 8K NSIC Championships with a time of 24:35 ... did not finish NCAA Regional race due to an injury ... finished third at the 8K UW-La Crosse Invite with a time of 25:14 ... placed 20th at the 8K Roy Griak Invite with a time of 25:46. 

2017: NCAA All-American, placing 18th at the 10K NCAA Championships ... ran a time of 31:31.9  ... first-ever SMSU runner to qualify for NCAA Championships ... All-NSIC honoree ... USTFCCCA All-Region honoree ... first SMSU runner to earn all-conference honors since 1990 ... finished 89th at the Augustana Twilight with a time of 21:42 in 4-mile race ... placed second at the Dakota State Invite with a time of 27:09 in 8K ... missed the Roy Griak Invite ... ran 26:44 to finish ninth at the 8K SCSU Invite ... placed sixth at the 8K NSIC Championships with a time of 24:55 ... finished second at 10K NCAA Central Region Championships with time of 31:38.

2016: Competed in two races ... placed 59th at the 2016 NSIC Cross Country Championships (8K, 26:36) ... finished 106th at the NCAA Division ll Central Region Championships (10K, 33:41).

High School: 2013 graduate of Nyamitanga Secondary School.
