2016: Competed in 5 races...finished 15th (8K, 27:23) at the Bob Waxlax Invitational...finished 52nd (4K, 20:24) at the Augie Twilight...placed 169th (8K, 28:49) at the Roy Griak Invitational...finished 68th (8K, 27:02) at the NSIC Championships...finished 134th (10K, 34:44) at the NCAA Division ll Central Region Championships. 

2015: Competed in three races...finished 51st (8K, 27:57) at the Bob Waxfax Invitational...finished 86th (8K, 29:07) at the Northern Sun Conference Championships...placed 153rd (10K, 35:03) at the NCAA Division ll Region Championships.

2014: Competed in all seven races ... placed 76th (4M, 20:11) at the Augustana Twilight ... placed 5th (8K, 27:33) at the Border Battle Invite ... finished 52nd (8K, 28:10) at the SDSU Classic ... finished 39th at the Briar Cliff Invite (8K, 26:55) ... finished 13th (8K, 27:08) at the St. Cloud State Invite ... placed 64th at the NSIC Championships (8K, 27:36) ... finished 124th at the NCAA Region Championships (10K, 35:45).

2013: Competed in four races ... placed 46th (20:18) at the Augustana Twilight ... finished 285th (8K, 28:54) at the Roy Griak ... finished 70th (8K, 27:43) at the SDSU Classic ... placed 89th (8K, 29:01) at the NSIC Championships.

High School: 2013 graduate of New Prague HS …  two-time team captain ... all-conference honoree ... earned most outstanding athlete award three times in cross country and track ... in cross country, personal best 9:54 in 3,200 meters, 16:40 in 5K ... in track, personal best 23.7 in 200-meter and 2:00 in 800-meter ... letterwinner also in basketball.
