2016: Competed in four races...finished 190th (4K, 22:54) at the Augie Twilight...placed 41st (8K, 31:11) at the Bob Waxlax Invitational...placed 102nd (8K, 30:28) at the NSIC Championships...finished 169th (10K, 41:48) at the NCAA Division ll Central Region Championships. 

2015: Competed in six races...finished 172nd (4K, 22:36) at the Augustana Twilight...placed 232nd (8K, 30:14) at the St. Olaf Invitational...finished 322nd (8K, 31:36) at the Roy Griak Invitational...finished 60th (8K, 29:39) at the Bob Waxfax Invitational...placed 105th (31:02) at the Northern Sun Conference Championships...finished 161st (10K, 35:48) at the NCAA Division ll Region Championships.

2014: Competed in six races ... finished 213th (4M, 21:59) at the Augustana Twilight ... placed 45th (8K, 30:18) at the Border Battle Invite ... finished 82nd (8K, 30:32) at the SDSU Classic ... finished 103rd at the Briar Cliff Invite (8K, 29:13) ... placed 37th (8K, 29:33) at the St. Cloud State Invite ... placed 96th at the NSIC Championships (8K, 28:59).

2013: Competed in four races ... finished 387th (8K, 30:47) at the Roy Griak ... finished 119th (8K, 30:14) at the SDSU Classic ... placed 95th (8K, 29:30) at the Briar Cliff Invite ... finished 97th (8K, 29:50) at the NSIC Championships.

High School: 2013 graduate of Chugiak HS … four-year letterwinner in both track and cross country … region IV champion in 200m, 400m and 800m … state champion as a senior in the 400m and 800m runner-up … named most valuable athlete as a senior … member of 4x400 meter relay state champions in 2012 … finished fourth at the state meet in the 400m in 2012 … in track, personal best 50.0 in the 400m and 1:58.31 in 800m … in cross country, personal best 10:10.1 in 3,000 meters and 15:35.4 in 4,500 meters.
