2013: Competed in all six meets ... finished 121st (21:31) at the Augustana Twilight ... recorded a 296th place finish at Roy Griak (8K, 29:03) ... finished 99th (8K, 28:55) at the SDSU Classic ... personal best 41st place finish (8K, 27:18) at the Briar Cliff Invite ... finished 81st (8K, 28:37) at the NSIC Championships ... placed 151st at the NCAA Regional meet (10K, 38:38).

HIgh School: 2013 graduate of Sioux Falls Lincoln HS … named all-state as a senior, placing 15th at state cross country meet … member of 2012 state champion team … five-year letterwinner … team captain as a senior … personal best of 16.20 during senior season of cross country … in track, personal best 53.0 in 400m, 4:33 in the 1600m, 2:00.52 in the 800m and 16:29 in the 5k.
