2015: Indoor - Competed in eight meets ... named All-NSIC and USTFCCA All-Region in the 800m... finished first at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championship in the 800m with a conference record 1:52.93 ... advanced to the NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships  ...  finished 12th at the NCAA Championships in the 800m with a time of 1:53.24 ... earned All-American honors in the championships with an eighth place finish in the 800m ... personal best 1:21.98 in the 600m at the Dordt Indoor Open.

Outdoor - Competed in six meets ... named All-NSIC and USTFCCA All-Region in the 800m ... won the NSIC individual title in the 800m with a time of 1:53.54 ... won the 800m at the Dakota Relays with a time of 1:50.90, the fastest time in the NSIC this season ... member of 4x400 relay team that finished fourth at the NSIC Championships with a time of 3:19.55 ... placed second in the 800m at the Red Raider Open with a time of 1:59.18 ... member of 4x800 relay team that placed fourth at the Kansas Relays with a time of 7:49.97.

2014: Indoor - Competed in seven meets ... earned All-NSIC honors for second place finish in 800-meters at NSIC championships with personal best time of 1:53.73 ... placed second at MSU Open in the 800-meter with time of 1:54.92 ... placed first in 800-meters at MSU Mankato Alumni Open with time of 2:00.98 ... also won 800-meter at the Beaver Twilight with time of 1:56.64.

Outdoor - Competed in five meets ... earned All-NSIC honors for second place time of 1:51.58 in the 800-meters ... named All-Region by USTFCCA for top five time in 800-meters ... member of SMSU's 4x400 team that placed seventh at Howard Wood Relays.

Before SMSU: Spent the 2012-13 season at Waldorf College in Forest City, Iowa ... named MCAC Freshman of the Year and all-conference in 2012 ... finished third at the MCAC championships with a time of 27:15 ... recorded a time of 28:23 at NAIA nationals.

High School: 2012 graduate of Plano East HS ... district champion in the 800m ... personal best 1:54 in 800m, 4:20 in the mile, 16:12 in 5k and 27:12 in 8k.
