2015: Indoor - Competed in seven meets ... running a personal best 1:58.05 at the NSIC Championships in the 800M ... participated in the 1000M and the 4x400 this season.

Outdoor - Competed in six meets ... personal best 1:56.27 in the 800 meters at the Dakota Relays ... member of 4x800 relay team that finished fourth at the Kansas Relays.

Before SMSU: Competed at North Iowa Area Community College in Mason City, Iowa, for two years … ran cross country and track & field at NIACC … two-time all-region in cross country at NIACC … two-time national qualifier in track & field at NIACC … placed ninth and set the NIACC school record in the outdoor 4x800 with a time of 7:55.

High School: 2012 graduate of Estherville Lincoln Central ... two-time state qualifier at the prep level in the distance medley relay, 4x800 and 800 meter events … posted personal-best times of 50.5 in the 400m, 1:59 in the 800m, 4:36 in the 1600m and 27:40 in 8k cross country.
