2017: Named Academic All-NSIC.
Indoor- Competed in seven meets with three first place finishes... placed first at the SDSU DII Invite, MSU Multi & Open and Stinger Open in the shot put ... won the shot put at the MSU Multi & Open with a personal best throw of 16.34m ... placed third at the MSU Multi & Open in the weight throw ... placed second in shot put at the NSIC Championships.

Outdoor- Competed in eight meets with three first place finishes ... placed in the top three at the NSIC Championships in the shot put, hammer throw, and discus, winning the shot put with a toss of 16.15m ... finished in the top four of all but three events he competed in ... won the hammer throw at the Red Raider Open with a throw of 55.73m ... won the shot put at the MSU Twilight ... had 16 total podium finishes with six second place finishes and seven third place finishes.

2016: Indoor - Academic All-NSIC ... competed in eight meets ... earned All-NSIC honors with a third place finish in the shot put at the NSIC Championships with a toss of 15.82m ... placed fourth in the weight throw at the NSIC Championships with a mark of 17.44m ... placed first in the weight throw at the SDSU II Invite ... also won the shot put at both the Jack Johnson Classic and SDSU Tune Up.

Outdoor - Academic All-NSIC ... competed in seven meets ... earned All-NSIC honors by winning the shot put with a toss of 16.29m ... earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the hammer throw with a mark of 56.16m at the USF Invite ... placed fourth in the hammer at the NSIC Championships with a throw of 54.22m.

2015: Indoor - Academic All-NSIC ... competed in seven meets ... finished third at the Dordt Indoor Open in the weight throw with a 15.32m ... personal best 15.93m at the MSU Multi Open.

Outdoor - Academic All-NSIC ... competed in six meets ... finished 11th in both the discus and hammer at the NSIC Championships ... placed sixth in the hammer with a personal best 49.37m at the Sioux City Relays ... finished second at the Red Raider Open in the hammer with a toss of 48.10m.

2014: Indoor - Competed in seven meets ... placed seventh in the shot put at the Dordt Open with throw of 13.61m ... personal best 15.35m throw in weight throw at NSIC championships.

Outdoor - Competed in five meets ... placed fourth at NSIC championships in the discus with a mark of 45.65m ... finished 10th in the hammer throw at the Howard Wood Relays with mark of 44.07m.

High School: 2013 graduate of Luverne HS … all-conference in shot put ... qualified for state in shot put, discus and 4x100 … finished eighth in discus … personal best 51'2.5" in shot put ... personal best 148'9" in discus …  personal best 16.78 in 110 hurdles and 46.05 in 300 hurdles … three-time letterwinner in football and basketball ... all-conference ... all-area ... conference defensive lineman of the year.
