2020: Indoor - Did not compete meets.

2019: Indoor - Competed in three meets ... finished 22nd in the Shot Put at the SDSU Invitational with a mark of 12.48m ... placed 30th at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi in the Weight Throw with a mark of 12.75m. 

Outdoor - Competed in eight meets ... finished 16th in the javelin at the NSIC Championships at 42.58m ... placed 18th in the high jump at 41.09m ... finished 15th at the Red Raider Open in the high jump at 41.65m.

High School: 2018 graduate of Cedar Falls HS … personal best 48’4” in the shot put … career best 153’8” in the discus.

Personal: Born July 15, 1999 ... son of Jeff and Amy Sandvold ... exercise science major.
