2020: Indoor - Competed in six meets ... ran 1:25.09 in the 600 meters at the NSIC Championships ... member of 4x400 relay team that placed ninth at the NSIC Championships ... finished second in the 600 meters at the SJU Invite with a time of 1:26.34 ... ran 1:24.59 in the 600 meters to place fourth at the SDSU Last Chance.  

2019: Indoor - Academic All-NSIC ... competed in seven meets ... was a member of the 4x400 and placed 12th with a time of 3:35.74 at the SDSU Invitational ... placed seventh in the 60 meter at the SDSU Invitational with a time of 1:25.70 ... placed 18th in the 400 meter with a time of 53.15 at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi ... was a member of the 4x400 at the Bison Open and finished fourth with a time of 3:29.31 ... placed fourth in the 600 with a time of 1:25.29 at the Bison Open ...finished second at the St, John's Invitational in the 600 with a time of 1:25.18 ... placed seventh in the 400 at the SDSU Last Chance with a time of 51.70 ... was a member of the 4x400 team and finished 10th at the NSIC Championship with a time of 3:26.23 ... placed 10th in the 600 meter with a time of 1:24.61 at the NSIC Championship. 

Outdoor - Academic All-NSIC ... competed in five meets ... ran 57.04 in the 400 hurdles to finish fourth at the Red Raider Open ... ran 57.06 in the 400 hurdles at the Kip Janvrin Open.

2018: Indoor - Competed in seven meets ... placed first in the 600 at the CSB-SJU Invitational with a time of 1:24.54 ... was a member of the Distance Medley Relay, which finished sixth at the NSIC Indoor Championships with a time of 10:27.46.

Outdoor - competed in seven meets ... finished second in the 400 at the MSU Spring Winter Invitational with a time of 51.61 ... was also a member of the 4x400 and 4x100 relay, which finished eighth at the NSIC Outdoor Championships with a time of 43.92. 

2017: Sat out season as a redshirt.

High School: 2016 graduate of Montevideo HS ... named most dedicated in track & field in 2015-16 ... letter winner in football and track & field ... all-conference honoree in both sports ... member Minnesota True Team state championship in 2016.
